After 15 days, Palm's coverage for lost or missing shipments can no longer be applied. Standard shipping periods apply for new shipments.

Eligbility:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags. Orders placed during promotional periods are eligible for exchange or store credit only—refunds will not be issued for these purchases.

However, if you return your original product in new condition to our US warehouse, you may be eligible for a credit toward your next purchase. We cannot process refunds to any alternative payment method. Palm offers a 30-day returnand exchange window from the date your order is delivered. You will be guided through the process to select an exchange, refund to your original payment, or store credit.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  
• Apparel and headwear must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, or damage
  
• Gloves and accessories must be unused and in resealable condition
  
• Hats must be returned in a box to prevent damage during shipping
  

Palm cannot accept returns for items showing wear, missing tags, or improper packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, Palm will replace it pending inventory availability.

If the same product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued — depending on customer preference.

Palm covers all costs associated with damaged or defective item returns.

Processing Times

Once we receive your return:

• Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing
  
• Exchanges ship out once the returned item passes inspection, unless an Instant Exchange was purchased (via Redo’s native feature)
  
• Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to the email address used on your original order
  
• If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method only
  
• Standard shipping timelines apply for replacement orders
